How do I make a return?
To make a return, please visit our Return Portal. You will need your order number and email address you used at checkout.
How many days do I have to make a return?
To receive a refund for your return, you must start the return process within 7 days from your delivery date. If 7 days have passed and you need to make a return, you will only receive store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if we do not receive your return within 30 days, we will cancel your return request and a refund will not be issued.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel and shoes are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
Please note any items under our sale collection is final sale and not returnable. Any items that are apart of a 50% off sale are not returnable as well.

Do I get my money back if I return an item?
We here at 126 Boutique want our customers to be fully satisfied with their order. We do issue refunds if you start the return process within 7 days from your delivery date. If it's after 7 days, we will issue store credit only. If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it can not be returned.
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt of postage. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not do exchanges as items tend to sell out fast. You will have to make a return and then make another purchase for the item/size you prefer.
How soon will I receive my store credit or refund?
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to make sure it's unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Inspection takes 1-2 business days. After inspection, we will issue a refund or store credit. Refunds can take 5-7 business day for you to receive due to your bank. Store credit can take 1-2 business days to be issued and you will receive an email with your store credit information.
