How do I make a return?

To make a return, please visit our Return Center. You will need your order number and email address you used at checkout.

How many days do I have to make a return?

To receive a refund for your return, you must return your item(s) within 7 days from your delivery date. After 7 days, you will receive store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What items are returnable?

Most apparel and shoes are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lingerie
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates

Do I get my money back if I return an item?

We here at 126 Boutique want our customers to be fully satisfied with their order. We do issue refunds but the total refund amount does not include shipping cost. If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it can not be returned.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt of postage. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges if your item is unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, click on the Return Portal at the bottom of our website to start the process. Please note intimates, lingerie, bodysuits, and accessories are non-exchangeable.

How soon will I receive my store credit or refund?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email with your store credit information.
