How long is the processing time for orders?
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days (NOT including weekends & holidays).
How long is shipping time?
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase and normally are delivered within 2-5 days depending on location and shipping carrier. In some cases, it can take between 5 and 8 business days due to location.

Free Shipping: for domestic orders over $70.
Standard Shipping: $8.99, typically delivered within 3-5 business but can take 5-8 business days depending on location.

Please note that 126 Boutique ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by 126 Boutique and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to 126 Boutique, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
126 Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
126 Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
126 Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and it's damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will assist with filing a claim if needed. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

126 Boutique is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
How do I make a return?
To make a return, please visit our Return Portal. You will need your order number and email address you used at checkout.
How many days do I have to make a return?
To receive a refund for your return, you must start the return process within 7 days from your delivery date. If 7 days have passed and you need to make a return, you will only receive store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if we do not receive your return within 30 days, we will cancel your return request and a refund will not be issued.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel and shoes are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.

Do I get my money back if I return an item?
We here at 126 Boutique want our customers to be fully satisfied with their order. We do issue refunds if you start the return process within 7 days from your delivery date. If it's after 7 days, we will issue store credit only. If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it can not be returned.
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please keep your receipt of postage. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not do exchanges as items tend to sell out fast. You will have to make a return and then make another purchase for the item/size you prefer.
How soon will I receive my store credit or refund?
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to make sure it's unwashed, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Inspection takes 1-2 business days. After inspection, we will issue a refund or store credit. Refunds can take 5-7 business day for you to receive due to your bank. Store credit can take 1-2 business days to be issued and you will receive an email with your store credit information.
